PRODUCT COLLECTIONS

In online store you can group your products together into categories, known as collections, to make them easier to manage or easier for your customers to discover.

Examples of collections that you might create in online store include:

• clothes specifically for men, women, or children
• items of a certain type, such as lamps, cushions, or rugs
• items on sale
• items in a certain size or color
• seasonal products such as holiday cards and decorations.

 

Collections page

You manage collections through the ''Collections'' page of your Ubicross admin.

To see your Collections page:

1. From your Ubicross admin, click ''Products'', then click ''Collections''

 

 

Adding new collections

1. From your Ubicross admin, click ''Products'', then click ''Collections''

2. Click ''Add new'' button to add a new collection 

3. Enter the collection՚s name and description and add a photo

Add parent of collection if needed.

 

 

4. Click ''Create''.

After creating a collection you can ''Edit'' it. 

Editing collections

1. From your Ubicross admin, click ''Products'', then click ''Collections''

2. Click the collection you would like to edit.

3. After making essential changes, click ''Save'' to save the changes or click ''Cancel'' not to save changes.

 

 

Adding products

1. From your Ubicross admin, click ''Products'', then click ''Collections''

2. From existing collections click  the collection you would like to edit or add products

3. Click ''Add Product'' button

4. On the ''Create a product'' dialog, enter the product's name, description, and add photo

5. Add some basic information about this product type in ''Product Details''. This information is then used to ensure accurate cost pricing and reporting in the future.

6. Click ''Create'' to save the product or click ''Cancel'' to return to the previous page.
