How to update billing settings

Your billing settings concern your credit card number and your billing address. Every time you change your credit card number, your billing address, plan and store name, you should not forget about updating all new information in your account. For updating your billing information you need to read and follow the steps below.

First of all you need to open the Settings menu in your admin to get access to your billing information and update it.

1. How to update your credit card number?

If you need to update your credit card number, follow these simple steps 

1. Log in as the administrator(admin) of the account 

2. Click Settings

3. Click Account 

4. You'll see Billing Information section

5. Click Change credit card

6. Complete the field about credit card information

7. The last step is to click Conform and wait till the new information will be saved.

2. How to change your billing adress? 

To change your billing address, follow these simple steps

1. Log in as the administrator(admin) of the account 

2. Click Settings

3. Click Account 

4. You'll see Billing Information section

5. Click Change credit card

6. Then click Change billing adress

7. Complete the field about billing adress 

8. The last step is to click Conform and wait the new information to be saved.

3. How to change your billing period?

By changing your billing period you increase the time interval between your invoices. If you choose long billing period or cycle, you will receive a discount from Ubicross.

To change your billing period without changing your plan, follow these simple steps

1. Log in as the administrator(admin) of the account 

2. Click Settings

3. Click Account 

4. On Account Overview  screen you'll see the short introduction of your current billing plan

5. Click Change plan type

6. Click Change your billing period 

7. Select the billing period you want and after reading description of the credit card charges click Confirm changes or Cancel

How to update your plan?

You need to make some changes concerning your plan, if you are on a trial, but you want to sign up and choose a plan, or you have a plan, but you want to choose a different plan. 

From your Ubicross account, you can see the plan you are using now. 

(Ubiross admin=>click Settings=> click Account)

1. How to upgrade your plan?

1.You can upgrade your plan and choose another plan, while you have active plan you can upgrade 

Plan upgrading can easily be done due to Account overview section 

(Ubiross admin=>click Settings=> click Account)

Pay attention, that Ubicross will stop charging you for the previous plan. Beginning from your upgrade date Ubicross will charge you for the new account. However the old plan will carry on to the next billing period.

2. You can upgrade to an active plan while you are on your free trial

While upgrading to an active plan your  previous data and activity will be automatically saved and you won't lose any information. Ubicross will send you an email informing about your changed billing date.

The lenght of your free trial will remain the same and won't be shortened or extended. 

 

2. How to change your billing plan?

You may change your current plan and choose one of the Ubicross plans
